H. Stewart James earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Clemson University and is a 2001 graduate of the Cumberland School of Law. After an early concentration on family law, Stewart has become proficient in the areas of real estate, civil litigation, personal injury, probate administration and wills. He became an Associate with Babb & Brown, P.C. in November of 2002, and was promoted to partner in 2006. Stewart is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association and the Greenville County Bar Association and is also a licensed title insurance agent with Chicago Title Insurance Company and Stewart Title. Through Babb & Brown, he is active in Greater Greenville Association of Realtors, Mauldin Chamber of Commerce, Simpsonville Chamber of Commerce and Upstate Mortgage Lenders Association.
